PAKATS (formally known as Positive Shelter Home) was founded in 2008 by Captain Mohd Reza bin Abidin as HIV+ and special orphanage house.


It’s located in Klang with more than 50 children passing through PAKATS and a total of 17 children currently are under the special care of PAKATS home. Most of the children here who are HIV positive were affected by their parents and lost them because of AIDS. PAKATS provides full medical care for kids with HIV under the monitoring of government hospitals which include:
- Heart (HIV+) medications.
- Hospital appointment and virus control.
- Counselling.
